Aero Fit Ball

Aero Fit Ball training offers one new and different loading. It increases strength and endurance and improves coordination, balance and posture. A study shows also a significant increase of the activity of respiratory system, maximum oxygen consumption and aerobic endurance. The mobility of spine and elasticity of muscles and ligaments are improved which leads to elimination and reduction of joint pains.

Training various muscle groups, fit ball finds its best application during training of thighs, buttocks, abdomen and paravertebral muscles. Using various fit ball exercises, you can tighten and sculpt the muscles of the buttocks, thighs and abdomen.
