Circuit training

The method of loading is continuous and variable. Aerobic-anaerobic mode. It is similar to a cross fit training but using very small weights or only your own body weight. It helps better relief and separation of muscles. It improves synchronization inside muscles and between muscles. It develops dynamic strength, power endurance, bounce and agility.
