Step Aerobics in MVJ studio

Movements are consisted of aerobic models of the classical aerobics which are performed on step platform with low or high intensity of loading listening to energetic pop music. The degree of loading depends on height of the step platform adapted to the individual and age characteristics of the athletes. This type of sport increases the loading on the muscles of the buttocks and thighs and the exercises with weights enrich the complexes as forming the muscles of the arms, chest and back. The training finishes with crunches which tighten the abdominal muscles. This type of aerobics improves suppleness and endurance, strength and coordination. It elevates your mood and fights successfully against stress, burns calories and strengthens the cardiovascular and respiratory system. 300-400 kcal are burnt for 1 hour. Various combinations of swinging, climbing and jumps make the training extremely efficient. Stretching or stretching of muscles helps preventing injuries and muscle strain. The training is adapted to the level of the group, i.e. whether they are in form for higher or lower intensity.
