Stretching

Stretching - this is a system of special exercises and positions for efficient stretching of muscles, joints, tendons and limbs. These are specially created exercises with stretching to achieve suppleness, beauty and energy.

It is suitable for people:

-          Who want to train but without high loading and jumps;

-          Who have aches in back, waist or injuries;

-          Who combine it with our types of sports.

Often, people suffer from too much tension in muscles which has negative consequences. Tense muscles are supplied worse with oxygen. Calm and supple muscles are less prone to injuries. Stretching reduces intensity of the feeling of muscle pain. It combines very well with other trainings. It helps to recover muscles and prepare it for more intense loading.
