Tabata (Functional training)

Tabata is a high intensity interval training leading to remarkable results. Tabata lasts 4 minutes but this will be categorically the longest 4 minutes in your life. Many studies come to the conclusion that high-intensity trainings lead to significant greater increase in aerobic and anaerobic capacity of the trainee and burn more fat and calories than low and medium intensity trainings. After Tabata, metabolism remains elevated for hours after the end of the training!

Structure of the training:

1. Warm-up

2. Intensive part

- 20 seconds maximum intensity

- 10 seconds rest

- Repeat 8 times

- 4 minutes loading at a slower pace to normalization of the cardiac rhythm.

3. Stretching

Load maximum for 20 seconds and rest 10 seconds and so to fill in 8 rounds. Tabata works simultaneously for strength, speed and endurance. It requires but returns the given to everyone. Tabata is great if you want a quick and efficient training.

You will not be sweaty, you will be part of the water!
